Consumer debit may be 1.5% + $0.25, but Mid Qualified 2.50% and Non Qualified 3.50% may apply.
Key-entered debit on the terminal does not qualify for the 1.5% + $0.25 rate and falls into mid/non-qualified categories.
Availability: Hybrid is not available in Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, or Massachusetts, and can only be used with a credit card terminal.
